Spice up your next Aussie BBQ with some authentic Kenyan flavour!

FISH OR CHICKEN

Use 2.5 tbsp of JAMBO paste for 250g chicken or fish, marinate for at least 20 mins and stir fry/oven bake for 10 mins each side. Serve with your favourite side dish.

PASTA / RICE

Boil 1 cup of pasta/rice with a little salt drain and put aside. Add 1-2 tbsp of JAMBO (to taste) to a pan and simply add the boiled pasta/rice. Stir and cook for about 5-10 mins.

FROZEN VEGGIES

Combine 1 cup frozen veggies with 1-2 tbsp of JAMBO (to taste) in a pan. Cook for about 10 mins.
